1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the Affiliate Program offered by BioPure Peptides and represent a legally binding agreement between BioPure Peptides (“the Merchant”) and the individual or entity enrolling in the Affiliate Program (“the Affiliate,” “you”).
By applying for and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to modify this Agreement or any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time, including referral fees, payment structures, and program rules, at its sole discretion.
2. Enrollment
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must accept these Terms & Conditions and receive written approval from BioPure Peptides management.
3. Referral Tracking
Affiliates may be provided with promotional materials, including but not limited to referral links, banners, logos, widgets, and coupon codes.
BioPure Peptides tracks referrals through cookies and/or coupon usage within a designated tracking window. Purchases made during this period will be credited as referrals and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Affiliates may not alter, manipulate, or interfere with tracking links, cookies, or attribution systems. BioPure Peptides is not responsible for tracking errors caused by unauthorized modifications.
4. Affiliate Fees, Commission Tiers, and Payouts
Affiliates are eligible to earn commission on qualifying purchases made by referred customers, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Commission is paid at the Affiliate’s current tier rate, as described below.
4.1 Commission Tiers
The Affiliate Program operates on a tiered commission structure. An Affiliate’s tier is determined by their Net Sales in a calendar month, as defined in Section 4.2.

All newly approved Affiliates begin at the Bronze tier.
4.2 Definition of Net Sales
For the purpose of determining tier placement, Net Sales means the combined value of all qualifying referred orders attributed to the Affiliate within a single calendar month, calculated as follows:
- Order subtotals after the application of any discount, coupon, or promotional code;
- Excluding shipping charges, handling fees, and any applicable taxes;
- Including only orders that have reached Completed status in BioPure Peptides’ order system. Orders that are pending, on hold, cancelled, failed, or refunded do not count toward Net Sales;
- Excluding any order disqualified under the conduct rules in Section 4.10, including self-referrals and third-party ordering.
Net Sales are calculated on a calendar-month basis, beginning at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month, Arizona time. Tier calculations reset at the start of each calendar month.
Net Sales figures displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard are provided for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, BioPure Peptides’ order records are controlling.
4.3 Promotion to a Higher Tier
Tier promotions are applied as soon as they are earned. When an Affiliate’s Net Sales for the current calendar month cross the minimum threshold for a higher tier, that Affiliate is moved to the higher tier immediately, on any day of the month. Promotions are not held until a review date or the start of the following month.
The higher commission rate applies to qualifying orders placed after the promotion takes effect. Commission already earned on orders placed earlier in the month is not recalculated at the new rate.
4.4 Tier Maintenance and Demotion
An Affiliate’s tier cannot be reduced during a calendar month. Once a tier is reached, it is held for the remainder of that month regardless of subsequent sales activity.
Tier placement is recalculated on the first day of each calendar month based on the Affiliate’s Net Sales for the immediately preceding calendar month:
- An Affiliate whose prior-month Net Sales met or exceeded the minimum for their current tier retains that tier;
- An Affiliate whose prior-month Net Sales fell below the minimum for their current tier is moved to the tier corresponding to those prior-month Net Sales, effective the first day of the new month;
- Demotion never occurs mid-month and is never applied retroactively to commission already earned.
4.5 Discretionary Tier Assignment
BioPure Peptides may, at its sole discretion, assign an Affiliate to a tier other than the one their Net Sales would otherwise produce. A discretionary assignment applies for the remainder of the calendar month in which it is made, after which standard tier calculation under Sections 4.3 and 4.4 resumes.
4.6 Lifetime Commissions on Linked Customers
When a customer completes a qualifying first purchase through an Affiliate’s referral link or assigned coupon code, that customer is linked to the Affiliate in BioPure Peptides’ system. The Affiliate then earns commission on that customer’s subsequent qualifying orders, whether or not the referral link or coupon code is used again.
- Commission on subsequent orders is paid at the Affiliate’s tier rate in effect at the time each order is placed;
- Orders from linked customers count toward the Affiliate’s Net Sales for tier purposes;
- Only one Affiliate may be credited for any single order. Where a customer is already linked to an Affiliate, that link takes precedence over any other referral link, coupon code, or landing page used on a later order;
- Customer links are established for customers who are new to BioPure Peptides at the time of the referred purchase;
- BioPure Peptides reserves the right to remove a customer link in cases of fraud, policy violation, or termination of the Affiliate account.
4.7 Commission Eligibility & Tracking Requirements
- Qualified Referrals Only:
Commissions are only granted on purchases that are properly tracked through an Affiliate’s unique referral link, assigned coupon code, or established customer link under Section 4.6. - No Manual Attribution:
If a customer does not use the Affiliate’s link or coupon code at the time of purchase, and no customer link exists under Section 4.6, no commission will be awarded. BioPure Peptides will not manually create, assign, or adjust commissions for untracked orders under any circumstances.
It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to properly promote their link and/or coupon code and ensure customers use them at checkout. - Affiliate Customer Discount:
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, Affiliates will be issued a 5% discount coupon to share with their customers for promotional use. - Affiliate Dashboard & Tools:
All affiliate reporting, referral links, coupon codes, sales tracking, and program tools are accessible through the Affiliate Dashboard, available at:

Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing their dashboard for accurate reporting and program updates.
4.8 Complimentary Product for Qualifying Affiliates
BioPure Peptides may, at its sole discretion, provide complimentary product to Affiliates who meet its published audience and engagement requirements. Provision of complimentary product is a discretionary benefit, is not an entitlement of program membership, and may be modified, declined, or discontinued at any time.
- Affiliates receiving complimentary product must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to BioPure Peptides in any content featuring or referencing that product, in accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and testimonials;
- Complimentary product is supplied on the same research-use-only basis as all BioPure Peptides products and is not for human or animal consumption. Content produced by the Affiliate must not characterize the products as suitable for human use or make any claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition;
- Complimentary product does not generate commission and does not count toward Net Sales;
- Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of complimentary product;
- Failure to comply with the disclosure or content requirements above may result in suspension of complimentary product, forfeiture of commissions, or termination of the Affiliate account.
4.9 Payout Terms
- Payout Methods:
Affiliate commissions will be issued either as store credit or via Zelle, at the discretion of BioPure Peptides or as agreed upon with the Affiliate. - Payout Schedule:
Payouts are processed monthly, covering commissions earned in the prior calendar month. Payments will be issued on or before the 15th of the following month. - Minimum Payout Threshold:
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $100.00 in approved commissions before a payout will be issued. Any balance below this threshold will roll over to the next payout period. - Approval & Adjustments:
All commissions are subject to review and approval. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, returns, or order cancellations.
4.10 Affiliate Conduct & Commission Restrictions
To maintain program integrity, the following rules strictly apply:
- Self-Referral Prohibition:
Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions on their own purchases. Any orders placed using an affiliate’s own link, coupon, or attribution will be disqualified from commission and excluded from Net Sales. - Third-Party Ordering / Dropshipping Prohibition:
Affiliates may not place orders on behalf of other customers using their affiliate link or coupon, including but not limited to shipping products to alternate names or addresses (“dropshipping” behavior). Such actions are considered abuse of the program, and the resulting orders will be excluded from both commission and Net Sales. - Tier Manipulation:
Any attempt to inflate Net Sales in order to reach or maintain a higher tier - including but not limited to coordinated ordering, orders placed with the intention of cancellation, or the use of accounts controlled by the Affiliate - will result in immediate tier reversal, forfeiture of affected commissions, and may result in termination. - Affiliate Discount Usage:
Affiliates may be provided with a personal discount (e.g., 10% off) for their own purchases.- Affiliates may use a better publicly available promotion if one exists.
- Discounts may not be combined under any circumstances.
- Fraud, Abuse, and Enforcement:
BioPure Peptides reserves the right to:- Withhold, adjust, or revoke commissions resulting from violations of these terms
- Investigate suspicious activity at its sole discretion
- Repeat Violations:
Any repeated or intentional violations of these rules may result in:- Immediate suspension of commissions
- Termination of the Affiliate account
- Forfeiture of any unpaid earnings
4.11 Changes to the Tier Structure
BioPure Peptides reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, commission rates, and the method of calculating Net Sales at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next calendar month following notice to Affiliates, unless a longer notice period is stated. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
5. Advertisements
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BioPure Peptides’ promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting its products within the Affiliate Program.
All marketing efforts must be professional, lawful, and not misleading. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to require modification or removal of any promotional content at its discretion.
6. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
BioPure Peptides reserves the right to terminate participation immediately if:
- The Affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement
- The Affiliate engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct
Upon termination:
- All promotional materials must be removed immediately
- Access to affiliate tools and data will be revoked
- Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at BioPure Peptides’ discretion
8. Relationship Between Parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates may not act on behalf of BioPure Peptides.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk. BioPure Peptides makes no guarantees regarding earnings or program performance.
BioPure Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
10. Miscellaneous
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old
- Affiliates agree to operate in compliance with all applicable laws
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
- Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction
Your use of this website and the personal information you provide are also governed by the BioPure Peptides Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
