Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the Affiliate Program offered by BioPure Peptides and represent a legally binding agreement between BioPure Peptides (“the Merchant”) and the individual or entity enrolling in the Affiliate Program (“the Affiliate,” “you”).

By applying for and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to modify this Agreement or any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time, including referral fees, payment structures, and program rules, at its sole discretion.

2. Enrollment

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must accept these Terms & Conditions and receive written approval from BioPure Peptides management.

3. Referral Tracking

Affiliates may be provided with promotional materials, including but not limited to referral links, banners, logos, widgets, and coupon codes.

BioPure Peptides tracks referrals through cookies and/or coupon usage within a designated tracking window. Purchases made during this period will be credited as referrals and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard.

Affiliates may not alter, manipulate, or interfere with tracking links, cookies, or attribution systems. BioPure Peptides is not responsible for tracking errors caused by unauthorized modifications.

4. Affiliate Fees, Restrictions, and Payouts

Affiliates are eligible to earn a one-time commission on qualifying purchases made by referred customers, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Commission Eligibility & Tracking Requirements

Qualified Referrals Only:
Commissions are only granted on purchases that are properly tracked through an Affiliate’s unique referral link or assigned coupon code.
No Manual Attribution:
If a customer does not use the Affiliate’s link or coupon code at the time of purchase, no commission will be awarded. BioPure Peptides will not manually create, assign, or adjust commissions for untracked orders under any circumstances.
It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to properly promote their link and/or coupon code and ensure customers use them at checkout.
Affiliate Customer Discount:
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, Affiliates will be issued a 5% discount coupon to share with their customers for promotional use.
Affiliate Dashboard & Tools:
All affiliate reporting, referral links, coupon codes, sales tracking, and program tools are accessible through the Affiliate Dashboard, available at:

Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing their dashboard for accurate reporting and program updates.

Payout Terms

Payout Methods:
Affiliate commissions will be issued either as store credit or via Zelle, at the discretion of BioPure Peptides or as agreed upon with the Affiliate.
Payout Schedule:
Payouts are processed monthly, covering commissions earned in the prior calendar month. Payments will be issued on or before the 15th of the following month.
Minimum Payout Threshold:
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $100.00 in approved commissions before a payout will be issued. Any balance below this threshold will roll over to the next payout period.
Approval & Adjustments:
All commissions are subject to review and approval. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, returns, or order cancellations.

Affiliate Conduct & Commission Restrictions

To maintain program integrity, the following rules strictly apply:

Self-Referral Prohibition:
Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions on their own purchases. Any orders placed using an affiliate’s own link, coupon, or attribution will be disqualified from commission.
Third-Party Ordering / Dropshipping Prohibition:
Affiliates may not place orders on behalf of other customers using their affiliate link or coupon, including but not limited to shipping products to alternate names or addresses (“dropshipping” behavior). Such actions are considered abuse of the program.
Affiliate Discount Usage:
Affiliates may be provided with a personal discount (e.g., 10% off) for their own purchases.
- Affiliates may use a better publicly available promotion if one exists.
- Discounts may not be combined under any circumstances.
Fraud, Abuse, and Enforcement:
BioPure Peptides reserves the right to:
- Withhold, adjust, or revoke commissions resulting from violations of these terms
- Investigate suspicious activity at its sole discretion
Repeat Violations:
Any repeated or intentional violations of these rules may result in:
- Immediate suspension of commissions
- Termination of the Affiliate account
- Forfeiture of any unpaid earnings

5. Advertisements

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BioPure Peptides’ promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting its products within the Affiliate Program.

All marketing efforts must be professional, lawful, and not misleading. BioPure Peptides reserves the right to require modification or removal of any promotional content at its discretion.

6. Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

BioPure Peptides reserves the right to terminate participation immediately if:

The Affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement
The Affiliate engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct

Upon termination:

All promotional materials must be removed immediately
Access to affiliate tools and data will be revoked
Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at BioPure Peptides’ discretion

8. Relationship Between Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates may not act on behalf of BioPure Peptides.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk. BioPure Peptides makes no guarantees regarding earnings or program performance.

BioPure Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

10. Miscellaneous

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old
Affiliates agree to operate in compliance with all applicable laws
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction
