Product Name Updates: Same Products, New Names
BioPure has updated the names of several products to meet the naming requirements of our merchant services provider.
These updates affect product names only. The products, formulations, specifications, quantities, and quality standards have not changed.

Customers who previously purchased one of the products listed above may now see the updated name on our website, invoices, order confirmations, labels, or other product materials.
Why Were the Names Changed?
The names were updated to comply with requirements established by our merchant services provider. These requirements relate to how products are identified and presented within payment processing systems.
The changes do not indicate a reformulation, replacement, or change in product quality.
What Has Not Changed?
The following remain unchanged:
- Product formulation
- Product specifications
- Package quantity
- Quality control standards
- Storage and handling requirements
- Ordering and fulfillment procedures
For example, a customer who previously ordered BioLean1 Sema can now find the same product under the name BioLean GLP-1.
Questions About an Existing Order
Older invoices, emails, or product materials may continue to display the previous product names. This is normal and does not indicate that a different product was ordered or supplied.
